So, if you have purchased a BBG and if you choose to return your furniture within 2 years of purchase for any reason, Sokoni will buy it back at up to 60% of its value. This programme is currently available for a nominal fee as set out by Sokoni from time to time and advised to you at the time of purchase.

All claims under the BBG are subject to a satisfactory physical inspection of the Item by a SOKONI team member and as such searches may be necessary to confirm that all of the conditions set out in these Terms have been met and the final offer price for the Item given by Sokoni is final and not open to negotiation.
No, if we accept the Item under the BBG you will be issued with a voucher for the value determined by us, which may be used at any Furniture Bazaar store towards your next purchase, redeemable for a period no longer than 1 year from the date of issue.
When you are ready to claim your BBG, you have the following two options:
a. For a nominal fee as advised on our website, a SOKONI team member can visit you for an inspection, and subject to complying with these Terms the Item/s are packaged and immediately collected. A voucher is issued on the spot at time of collection. This service is currently only available for areas within 50kms from Perth City, Western Australia; or
b. You can bring the Item/s to our SOKONI warehouse during business hours for an inspection by one of our team members and subject to complying with these Terms a voucher is issued on the spot.
Ownership of the Item which you wish to return under these Terms and risk of loss or damage occurring to the Item remains with you until the time at which the Item is returned to or collected by Sokoni, at which point, risk of loss or damage occurring to the Item shall pass from you to Sokoni.
Yes, all items need to be fully dissembled back to the delivered state at time of inspection and collection.
No, the BBG redemption is available only in accordance with the specified duration in Table 1 (How much do I get back).
Yes, provided you meet the collection charges criteria above in clause 4.a.
Yes, the BBG can be transferred from you as the original holder to someone else provided you lodge a Change of Policy Holder application available online at www.sokoni.com.au
The following categories of products are not currently eligible for redemption under the BBG.
The BBG value may not be awarded or awarded with deductions at Sokoni’s sole discretion if the below conditions are not satisfied in Sokoni’s sole discretion. We reserve the right to refuse any Items at its sole discretion.
For your information, we will not accept Items, if in Sokoni’s sole determination:
a) They are not in hygienic condition e.g., dust, crumbs, fur, hair, stains, etc.
b) There are breakages caused by impacts or accidents.
c) Any damage to the Item that has been stored, assembled or installed incorrectly, used inappropriately, abused, misused, altered, accidentally damaged, or cleaned using the wrong cleaning methods or cleaning products.
d) Broken glass items like tabletops, cabinet glass doors, mirrors.
e) If any parts of the furniture are broken and coming apart like a sofa/table/chair leg.
f) Sofas with damaged springs.
g) There is a damaged mechanism for hydraulic storage/sofa beds, etc.
h) There are missing parts in the furniture sets, e.g. a chair missing/broken in a dining table set or handles/locks/keys missing in a wardrobe.
i) Furniture having bedbugs/termites, rodents or insects etc.
j) Furniture having incomplete hardware due to which the product cannot be reassembled.
k) Any damage, tears or non-removable stains on upholstery.
l) There are accidental stains e.g., drink and food, pens, markers, acid, blood, nail polish, lipstick, waxes, glues, paint, chewing gum, human bodily fluids etc.
m) There are accidental damages e.g., scratches, rips, scuffs, burns, pet damage etc.
n) Furniture having odour or smells resulting from stains or spills.
o) Furniture displaying peeling or cracking, tearing, pilling and fraying that arise due to failure to properly maintain the product.
p) Furniture that has been modified since purchase (e.g., re-painting, re-upholstering, addition of new parts, etc.)
q) There are any other structural damages which make the Item not structurally sound, unsafe or unusable in an as-is condition.
r) Products that have been used outside (outdoor furniture) do not qualify for the BBG programme.
s) the Items are mattresses, barstools, accessories, cushions, rugs or textiles.
t) You do not have full ownership of the Item, the item was stolen or it carries hidden debts (outstanding finance payments) or a security interest.
u) you have committed fraud or made any form of misrepresentation of any kind.
v) the Item purchased had pre-existing flaws/faults, was ex display furniture and/or floor-stock.
w) the Item purchase was not brand new (boxed).
x) Items that are not of acceptable quality and fit for the purpose the products are or were advertised for or match our descriptions of the products or otherwise would not meet our obligations under the CCA.
